Even assuming 1 WD = 10 INT. The chest + 210 gloves will still be ahead.

And for progressing Savage, you won't be able to get the 210 weapon until you clear A4S, making the 210 chest the better choice for progression.

You will have to buy the weapon eventually, you can delay it now but you will buy it anyway. The INT difference is not that huge with the weapon. The body/ring will provide a nice boost for S3 if you plan on downing it this week or next week but then it's almost the same with every other piece of gear so the weapon will be the next best thing to get.
