I plan on using pots for raid, just didn't feel like wasting them on a dummy parse is all. I appreciate the rotations linked with all tools at our disposal being used so I can use them in actual content, not just dummy practice.

That said, I reach pretty good numbers on my opener; it's afterward where I start to fumble. I feel like I should be spacing out my stack usage so that when Raging comes back up I'll have 6 stacks at my disposal...is this accurate?

6 stack RS doesn't get you anything, you can only do 2 Festers anyway and none of the other moves have enough potency even with RS + DWT to beat a regular Fester, including Painflare. You should just pop RS with your DWT + Aetherflow as you would normally be doing, not much changes from your rotation, it's just your 4th DWT is stronger than your 2nd and 3rd.

What I mean is, I'm entering my Raging DWT with Artherflow still on CD, so I'm trying to figure out how to circumvent this. It costs 3 stacks to enter DWT so Aetherflow has to come off cooldown at least 30 seconds or less after Aethertrail III is up, and mine isnt.

Are you staggering out your final Fester to bridge the gap between DWT and the next DWT? Typical flow is normally:

Opener, use 3 stacks (first 10-20s-ish depending on opener) > stagger 1-2 remaining stacks so DWT doesn't drop off but it will be back up by 1m10-1m20 depending on opener > 2 Festers within DWT, go into DWT immediately as you get Aetherflow > stagger final Fester so you can last until 2m10 - 2m20 > 2 Festers within DWT, go into DWT immediately as you get Aetherflow > stagger final Fester so you can last until 3m10 - 3m20 > Aetherflow + RS + DWT > 2 Festers > etc

Basically, for the staggering part if you're not doing Fester until you have sub-10s left on Aethertrail you will have to enter DWT early, possibly too early to even get Aetherflow.

By only burning stacks when Aethertrail Attunement is about to fall off, or...?

I'm at work now, so sadly no practice until this evening, but I'm re-reading all the info posted here to try to get a feel for our new "rotation". >__<

You want to phase into dwt when tridisaster is about to get off cd, as well as having 3 stacks of aetherflow where you use 2 festers in dwt and the last stack you will save when your aetheflow has 25 secs until it gets off cd. It should be like this:

R2 -> DWT -> Fester(AA stack) -> Tri-disaster -> Ruin3 x4 -> R2 -> Fester (2nd AA stack) -> Deathflare. (you will have 2 stacks of AA and 1 stack of AF) by the time AA is about to reach 8-10 secs is when you want to use your last fester or painflare, it'll refresh your AA just as AF is about to get off cd. When Ragingvstrikes is back up you don't change anything, just time tri-disaster like I said above and maintain balance between AF and AA. Remember to not phase into DWT when fester is on cd so you can fester right away.

Also due to some mechanics in fights (Ravana ex comes to mind) you may have to use a pain just to keep you stacks up.
