    Something similar to this:

    Bio II - Miasma - Bio -> Painflare/Fester -> Ruin II -> Swift Shadow -> Rouse/Spur -> Ruin II -> Raging Strikes -> Ruin II -> INT Pot-> Painflare/AF -> DWT -> Fester -> Ruin III - Ruin II -> Tri-D/Enkindle -> Ruin III (Contagion)-> Ruin III -> Ruin III -> Fester -> Deathflare.

    Then follow the above rules. I'm not saying this is the best rotation atm, only that it's one of the decent ones. I personally do things alil different (place RS somewhere earlier)but I haven't tested all of them yet to see which was better.
    I'm liking the new Primals/Raids so far since each one seems to require a slightly different opener to optimize your damage.

    i.e.
    Ravana - B2MB -> Fester X 3 - Hold DWT burst for Liberation (Each Liberation lines up with DWT from this point on as well as Butterfly Phase)
    Bis EX - Dot, Bane, Pain adds - Burst on Spine etc
    Alex Turn 3 - I hate opening with Pain Flare (I'd rather just use up my Festers) But.....in order to fit the initial rotation in just before the boss swaps forms and you lose DWT, I found you have to use Pain Flare @ the start. Which then lines up nice for Double Hands.

    Pretty well all kinds of this stuff in all the fights. Pretty nice IMO from the typical coils.
