You can attempt it yourself, dot with bio and watch it tick, keep observing it and record your highest tick and check ACTs highest recorded tick as well. There is an error margin and it's not insignificant. ACT simulates damage from what I understand? but it's not actual damage that you see as the flying text on your game screen, at least not for dots right now.

No your not, if that was the case it was either before application or after the stoneskin broke, check it again. It also might behave on last buff applied? I never asked a healer if stoneskin and aldo is up, what gets eaten first.
nope, stoneskin'd then pulled the mob and apparently it ignores the 0 damage you are receiving and deals back the damage anyway, physical damage only. As far as I know 2 people tested it, would appreciate if more people did, so many people use succor+galvanize before any massive aoe magical or physical so if that nullifies radiant shield, it wouldn't make sense.
