The only variation I do from sleigh opener is after DF I do miasma II than contagion. A contagion miasma II is still better than a ruin cast.

As for my opener, one thing I guess I should state is that the Tri-Disaster placement is interchanged with the Aetherflow +Contagion set, depending on when the Ninja's Trick Attack is falling off.

Sometimes by the time I use Ruin II the second time under DWT, Trick Attack JUST fell off. If this is the case, I switch the Tri-Disaster with the Aetherflow post first Ruin II. However, if that's not the case, the Tri Disaster will be grouped with the Contagion, after the second Ruin II in DWT.

Depending on how I place it would swap about 100 potency in theory depending on tick timing, but it's also for the sake of catching that bigger bonus from Trick Attack.

I'm also assuming you aren't counting pre-casts here, which could change that potency under DWT depending on when the tick lands I suppose.
