That is surprising. Its basic Recount functionality.

Garuda wins hands down for A1. Contagion helps alot with multitasking+MP saving, being able to attack right away after landings as well as having Aerial Slash + Enkindle hit boss+both adds upon spawning when they are off CD. Not to mention having Garuda on your add helps without having it lose DPS like Ifrit.

A2, I haven't really tried Ifrit but I think Garuda also easily takes this. Contagion on Vuln up target + Bane is too strong, and Enkindle+Aerial Slash have better Radius. Also if you plan/are using Blizzard 2, you are gonna need contagion to not go OOM.

A3, hmm.. I start with Garuda on P1 and then SC Ifrit during phase transition then manually apply Radiant Shield for the incoming cleave. You will probably want to switch to Garuda again during add phase though since its much better there. It doesn't lose DPS switching between adds and if you target the tornado and use Enkindle on it I THINK it can reach the adds upon spawning. Then probably Ifrit again for last phase.

I am on PS4 and never cared enough to ask someone to post my Faust number since it's practically a dummy with no mechanics. Getting good numbers there doesn't really mean anything.

Anyone tried Garuda vs Ifrit A1/A2/A3?

A1, IDK I'm thinking Ifrit might be able to take it even with the multi-DoTing (personally I think Contagion is only useful in multi-DoT situations where you can Bane off it), and with how the bosses don't seem to take DoT damage during the jump so Contagion can lose some of its power. Garuda's going to lose less attacks due to jumps, and can more readily help with adds. Anyone try out Ifrit? Looks like a wash to me.

A2, Contagion is very very useful, but not for every wave - even if it's up, some waves are just too dang short for Contagioned DoTs. I think the big thing here is the MP saving with Garuda is worth so much, and the 5 stack + Contagion + Bane can't really be messed with. Then again, Radiant Shield is STRONG here. Gonna say Garuda is champ here.

A3, I'm actually thinking Ifrit. Radiant Shield works on 6-8 targets multiple times, and otherwise 2 targets in the split add part. In add phase, while Ifrit has travel time, it also is your only stun, and a free stun is a free stun in that phase. Not to mention on the Hand of Pain part, Ifrit's going to do more. Gonna guess Ifrit is the way to go, I was using Garuda before but aside from getting a potentially Contagioned Bane off in the split add part there's not that much encounter-specific use for Garuda I think.

Those asking about accuracy to base their BiS off of. Here's some testing I did to hopefully give others an idea of what they may need.

The difference between Front,Flank,Rear seems to be a spread of 6% (as opposed to lvl 50 where it was a spread of 5%)

Measured 1 Acc seems to be 0.1% below cap. (10 Acc = 1%)

Mages are looking at 60 points below flank.

It is hard to guess how high Alexander accuracy will go based on Coils, since that range was anywhere between 3% - 9% depending on First, Second, Final.

But considering the difference between A1 - A2 tank accuracy from here

I suspect we'll see 9% from A1-A4

So 670 for tanks - 660 Melee/Flank - 600 Mages/Rear

I only tested for 2000 Hits, which I feel may not be accurate enough to determine if whether 9 acc = 1% or 10 acc = 1%, but for now that should give you an idea.

I can speculate that it's because i200 chest + i210 accessory > weapon next week, which, from my testing of how much weapon upgrades give you, is probably true, as unorthodox as it sounds.

Really, the only reason weapon was a sure thing in 2.2 and 2.4 with your tomes first of all was because if you got weapon, you also usually got the upgrade item for it, so if you spent your 3 weeks on it you got a 20 iLVL weapon boost. Now it's a different scenario, where you can get an i210 accessory (which is one HELL of an upgrade over i180), and a 20 iLVL upgrade over i180 chest, for the same tomes as a 10 iLVL weapon boost. Admittedly less so if you go from i190 chest > i200, but the principle is still the same.

Could someone with the i200 chest do a damage min/max range check vs i180 chest? On Blizzard 2 would be fine.

Considering doing i200 chest + i210 ring next week on the basis but before I make the leap I wanna see what kind of % you gain just from the chest.
