    I test some ifrit today in pf party in O2S if anybody interested. In general it feels stronger than garuda for physical damage based party. Ifrit can also die easier for cleaves if you dont pay attention where your pet is, but in general it is easier play with ifrit because you dont need line up all your cooldown with contagion and you have more room adjust your rotation.

    2270 int
    1516 crit
    1090 det
    1597 dhit
    969 ss

    This fight is O2S until enrage timer. I did not use potions or food in this fight.

    I'm finding on average, Radiant Shields overall damage is about equal to Flaming Crush and Crimson Cyclone. Is that what you're seeing too?

    Can you somehow count radiant shield overall damage because it is separated between different pt members?

    I'm not a max level SMN yet, but I'm already feeling the "...from the beginning of the fight, a SMN’s DPS is in constant decline." I think this class may be too hard for me. I always feel like I'm making the wrong decisions in the heat of the moment.

    I had problem before count radiant shield damage before because fflogs did not show it, but today I noticed it have been updated. These numbers are based by my weekly v1s 4.3k summoner parse. Seems like ifrit bring physical vulne that is overall worth of 100 dps for physical dps classes and radiant shield bring another 100 dps (that also depends on fight). So SMN utility is close 250 dps(with devotion) if using ifrit in solo caster party. That is actually overall more damage increase than embolden from RDM(but you sacrifice little your own dps so its not the same). Garuda may provide more personal dps, but ifrit more raid dps utility imo.

    Radiant shield damage Deltascape v1 Savage.

    MNK 4.9k
    SMN 3.1k
    NIN 4.6k
    BRD 4.1k
    PLD 17.6k
    DRK 14.5k
    WHM 0.147k
    AST 0.125k

    overall = 49k
    encounter time = 7min 11sec = 431 sec
    49 000 damage / 431 second = 114 dps

    If every physical dps class do around 4k dps and tanks like 3k dps that is total 18k physical dps.
    18000 x 0.02(ifrit buff) x 0.33(uptime) = 119 dps

    Again, we don't have weights yet, trust me you would know if weights were available everyone is in the blur and waiting for them.

    We have effects of stats and Dervy is running the tests with it to determine the weights for each class. In the mean time effects of stats is all we have and except if a part of your rotation is triggered by crit (like bard) no stat is mandatory.

    Know that the dots are not well measured by act so all dot classes are under-estimated by it (for a SMN you can be 200/300 DPS under reality on ACT).

    Honestly if you're rich / lucky on loot and have many test different pieces, otherwise just put on max ilvl gear, if you meld it do so with crit / dh, other than that you'll just have to wait to know for sure.

    There is a BIS and there is a dmg calculator. Stat weights we're always based on BIS but didn't make them necessarily correct at lower gear. It's not that there is no stat weight, its just the folks doing the math feel its misleading to give one out.... Crit > DH at different thresholds or vice versa.
