Like Sunako mentioned, pets receive food and int potion buffs but do not receive character buffs ie Raging Strikes, DWT or oeven other party buffs like Battle Litany (could be wrong about Litany).
They receive buffs that are applied to the target itself (TA and Foe's to name a few).

Pets get battle litany if they are in range.Like Sunako mentioned, pets receive food and int potion buffs but do not receive character buffs ie Raging Strikes, DWT or oeven other party buffs like Battle Litany (could be wrong about Litany).

Does this mean we have A4S accuracy caps? I've seen 540 around but that seems super low compared to physical.

It is 539 or 540 and my money is on 540. Doesn't matter that much, the gear I'd go for for A4S would be over 540 anyway regardless of 539 or 540 ACC cap.
aite, ill yell at my dps to step it up a bit. :^)
my aetherflow timings are a bit different cuz i also use a 2p1f opener to squeeze 2 deathflares into the first phase, but it should still result in only getting 2 aetherflow cycles during adds, so i still cant use any painflares etc. oh boy, this will be fun...
i didnt think about miasma ii or shadowflare at all, ill do that next time my group runs, thanks!
i got one more question, do yall think its less worse to let a dot fall off for, say, less than half a second during reapplying, or to clip it when it still has 2-3 sec left ? ive been getting some weird reapplication times while practicing my rotato just in lieu of the gcd being 2.5 seconds and dot duration being multiples of 3. my parses have also been pretty bad (barely going over 1.2k at i198 with eso weap, chest, and hands), so i cant help wonder of thats where part of my dps is sinking.

You want to try and prevent DoTs from falling off, but it won't make an extreme difference if it's only in a frame of half a second. As for what's worse, clipping at 2-3 seconds left or, applying half a second later, they both fall under the jurisdiction of the Global Server Tick. Both come out about the same in severity.

How does that work out for you timeline wise? I've seen some SMNs on streams do it but they never end up doing more DPS than me in the first 3 minutes (1400+ depending on crits without a BRD/NIN/AST) so I'm not sure if it's actually beneficial, or they're screwing up or being less optimal in other areas.aite, ill yell at my dps to step it up a bit. :^)

I'm gonna guess it's like, 10s DWT (2F I guess), 40s DWT (nothing but R3s + Deathflare), 1m30s DWT (nothing but R3s + Deathflare), 2m30s (nothing but R3s + Deathflare)? Correct me if I'm wrong.
