Thread: Recruiting a Bard for 3.0

Progression group One Step Ahead is looking for a Bard or Summoner for 3.0. We raid three-five days a week depending on player work schedules and availability at 5:30/6:00 est until 9:30/10 est. We've progressed quickly through all three coil tiers (~60 hours on average per tier of coil) and have completed some savage turns (t6 in 2.3 and the rest more recently).

We expect any player to be willing to accept and give constructive criticism, analyze video and formulate simple on the spot analysis of mistakes, and take personal responsibility for self and group improvement for progression purposes. For 3.0 we expect any raid member to have their main and any sub-jobs leveled completely and mastered before the opening of the savage Alexander raid. We also expect you to have dedicated crafts selected for the specialist system in conjunction with other raiders to ensure we cover all specialties for unique gearing.

If you are interested in applying, please have complete Final Coil experience including a clear of turn 13 and an ilvl of 120+ with a 130+ weapon for adequate evaluation. Savage experience/clears a bonus but not required.
