Both sightings in these videos occurred at 2AM Eorzea time. For those who don't know, 2AM is actually considered to be the 'witching hour' (not midnight). It is typically the time when the veil between the worlds is at its weakest, allowing for the greatest chance of contact with spiritual entities.

True! But this doesn't explain the Bloodshore Ghosts appearance. He apparently despawns at 1 AM.
