Someone earlier in this thread claimed to have seen her in Limsa, but having a hard time getting them to reply with the location.

Both sightings in these videos occurred at 2AM Eorzea time. For those who don't know, 2AM is actually considered to be the 'witching hour' (not midnight). It is typically the time when the veil between the worlds is at its weakest, allowing for the greatest chance of contact with spiritual entities.

I wish there could be more content or a quest related to her. It is a very sad ending for such cheerfull/good girl NPC to die cuz of her stupid party members.

It would be good to help her find piece, but if she can't be helped we need to end her and elimante her spirit xD!!!
