I have almost permanently switched to reddit because this **** isn't constant there.
I'd like to point out that these are the official forums and therefore there's a better chance of the issues being addressed since a moderator can bring them up to someone who can actually do something about it. I don't think the same could be said of Reddit, so that's probably why there's far less discussion about RMT there.
