Other accuracy caps

So, I was leveling my PLD earlier today when I noticed I was missing a fair bit in Stone Vigil.
I had 258 acc, and that went up to 268 when I leveled up partway through the dungeon. I missed a lot less at 268, but there were misses nonetheless.

As far as accuracy cap lists are concerned, there seems to only be information about coil & some ex primals. Has anyone else noticed any misses in non-coil/primal content at certain accuracy levels? Maybe some sort of list can be compiled if there's enough data.

EDIT: FWIW, no misses reported through an entire SV run @ 270 acc

It only mentions that 2.4 dungeons onwards and CT/ST have negligible accuracy caps though nothing specific.
