By comparison on my ninja the only truly useless ability is Hyoton.

Kiss of the wasp is not useless if you need a stun. Hide can still be used for add pulls. Throwing dagger is not a DPS loss if you're forced off the boss for some time. 5th cross class skill applies to the monk as well under the same standard.

And last I recall neither the kisses, nor throwing daggers, nor hide are JOB skills we were talking about. Because if we're gonna pull those, it's time to look at Arm of The Destroyer as well.
