So how about that "You must complete class/job Quests to obtain your level 51+ skills" for 3.0?
Not many people have been talking about this.
Well that one way to provide plenty of room for continuation of the Job storyline between level 51 to 60.

Perfectly fine with it. I liked the job quests a lot.

One thing that it might be alluding to (might being the key word here) is that they won't be cross-class/job abilities. Since all the quest learned abilities are exclusive to those jobs.

I'm hoping this is the case where these new skills are rewarded through the Job quests, it's feels more of an achievement this way, maintains cross/class lock-out and is of a more involved process with your job rather than turning on the basa/kafka-bot and going afk.

I love unlocking actions through quests. Just paying money to instant learn them from some random npc in other MMO's never made any sense to me.
P.S By the way, MyKotoShi LOVE the sig. So perrty.
I'd prefer they continue this way, adding more abilities by completing quests, except I'd rather they didn't wait until they increase the level cap. They can give the same breadth of abilities as raising the cap, but they could then add abilities whenever they want and even add them asymmetrically, like when they added Stoneskin II to WHM without changing anything else in the job or giving SCH an extra ability to match. Even extra cross-class slots could be granted by quest unlocks.
