My ultimate goal isn't to get people through 100% of all content

Going back to your FC and how its more for the casual player thats cool servers need FCs like yours and mine (Casual/Hardcore Raiders) and Royals and countless others out there.

Oo yes I'm not saying 100% too just saying we need to do more as a server and come together to help the newer raid players fined there way. You can be in a casual FC and still get raid help that good.. But if you're guild is like mying we don't push for ex primes and coil like Royal's FC. So it harder to get our members pass or in to raiding.. I may be a hardcore raider but I don't like leading endgame.. I'm a fast leaner but a bad teacher lol I'm more of looking out for the lil guy. I do a lot of crafting for my members I'm all 3 star + in all my crafts and 4 star in 2 of them.

But yea back on to the points ^_^...
I'm for helping and pushing for better raiders on our server and 100% rdy to back this up. But we need to do more and start soon.. 3.0 (49 days) and Alex is 70-ish day off and that not a lot of time too sadly.

Well don't get me wrong I'm looking out for the "little guy" to but only if the "little guy" cares; I am not going to out of my way to help someone who just want to be carried through content. I won't carry anyone even in my own FC. I can comfortably say that everyone in my FC that is past Turn 9 can play there class to the fullest. In my FC we strive to bring out the best out of our players. We get them to watch videos/learn strategies/and practice before we get them the clear... that being said we will still go in with them but instead of pulling in the entire fc to help them practice we will go in with them and que via df wipes are inevitable but at least they can get to know the mechanic and such. Several times on TS we have discussions about how we can pull out more dps, or how to benefit any group we are in. I am a 3* crafter as well in everything and 4* 4 of them as well, so I understand crafting for your FC members I do, but in our FC we do push for getting everyone through Primals if people don't have a static and they are looking we will do our best to find the best slot that they can fill.
