Geez.. That laptop you linked to in your first post is about 6-7 times the cost of my (non-gaming) laptop.

I'm running on a laptop with..
Intel Core i5-4210U 1.7 GHz
8 GB DDR3L SDRAM
500 GB 5400 rpm Hard Drive (SSD was not an option, but I'm still hoping to swap it out eventually)
15.6-Inch Screen, NVIDIA GeForce 840M
Windows 8.1, 7-hour battery life
Costed me $600--not great, but I needed a replacement fast.

I play the game on max settings, 1280x760 screen res. I don't get 60+ fps; I actually prefer 15-30 fps because anything higher actually gives me motion sickness.
Everything in the game runs fine aside from taking a bit longer to load large crowds.
Benchmark score for dx11 is 3584 (High).
And I am content.

By no means do I recommend my laptop, but since price is a concern for you, I do recommend asking yourself what you really need out of your laptop before you consider a gaming one.
