I don't want to use parsers

Let's face it. There are parsers for this game, they are easily available, widely used and wont go away anymore. Yes there will be disciplinary measures if you use them to harass people, but that is not specific to parsing. You will receive the same measures if you harass players because of other other reasons.

At this point, not having one offered from an official source just puts console players at a disadvantage.

for those people that like to check the aggro bar as a gauge for dps, keep in mind (especially in this thread) that summoners can pull off decent numbers and still be low on the aggro list.
