If the answer is to motivate players to play though the Realm Reborn story, that incentive is not removed by allowing earlier access to these jobs. There is still plenty of other content that (reasonably) follows the completion of that story to motivate players.
I'm ok with it because we don't actually know how the new jobs play yet. For all we know these jobs are in fact advanced jobs and could be harder to play. Will they be? Probably not... but SE hasn't really shown us anything on them. I'm hoping they go into more detail on the new jobs in the upcoming LL.
