Sorry, don't speak your language (is that German?). Some things may have gotten sort of "lost in translation". When they mentioned running as Administrator, they don't mean running from an administrator level user. They mean to launch the game with elevated privileges (right-click and run as Administrator or set it to run as Administrator in the shortcut properties).

Since Windows Vista was released, there was a change in the security structure. The Administrator is disabled by default....sort of. This was an effort to restrict specific malicious activity that exploits some potential issues with winlogin. You have to enable the login with specific commands from an elevated shell before you actually login as a full Administrator via the actual Administrator login. So you have to manually invoke it or otherwise configure things to use it's special priveleges.

Just wanted to make sure that point was clarified, as it seems there may be a misunderstanding. Would like to discuss more, but at work now and on my phone. Will try to add more later if I get time.

As to system changes...some things update through background processes and you may have gotten an update that is causing problems. This is not isolated to Windows Update either (which has caused problems in the past...note my earlier post about the launcher error -2146697208). Security software is a frequent offender in this department. Not uncommon for antivirus to start giving false positives after it updates it's definitions or a program update. Also not uncommon for firewalls or antivirus to block a program when it senses a change in a file (update changes the launcher or boot .exe to a different version number or other changes). May need to update or add exceptions to your security for the game's executable files.

We have also seen memory management issues with certain families of video cards. There have been tickets and forum threads started with the vendors but many are still having issues. We are hoping we will see improvement with the new directx 11 client. For now though, the players have been enabling the options for lower detail on distant objects and caching LOD stream (forget the exact wording). The concept is to reduce the memory usage to mitigate the memory leaks. Not a perfect fix, but it has at least allowed players to play for hours before a crash instead of minutes. Because it is dependant on memory usage the mileage may vary depending on how many objects are loaded on screen as well as the size of the textures used. So you may improve stability by reducing render limits for how many objects to display or otherwise reducing quality and features like shadows, glare, physics, HDR, etc.
