They already have a practice mode. It's called doing the content.

Yeah, no. Everyone insists people should have content on farm within a few days of release. A practice mode, IMO, should be a version with NPCs they can use to practice their role so they're not spending literally all day in a PF shouting in Mor Dhona to get maybe half a party.

Playing with NPCs won't help you. Real players aren't scripted. If you don't know your job by the time you hit endgame raiding.... no amount of practice runs will help you. Raiding is all about working as a team and being able to react to different situations. The best practice is to run fight over and over until you can deal with it in any situation, not running the exact same scripted situations with a bunch of NPCs.

I am also tiered of the "no one will take me in if I have no experience" crap. When content is released, no one has experience. Form a group, get experience, learn. You are the only one holding yourself back, stop blaming others.

NPC help is better than no experience at all, which is what players deal with currently. Sure, it's scripted, but then they at least have first-hand experience with things like Conflagration, Twisters, or Blighted Bouquet. Basically a version of "watch a guide" for those who learn better by doing than by watching.

As for forming a group and learning... easier said than done. Finding seven saints willing to sacrifice precious time on wipe after wipe is harder than any fight in the game. Personally I make a point to try and get content done within a few days of release, barring second and third coil as I was in the midst of a move at the time and so I've just accepted that I won't clear it. But I do try to help others when I have the time, and listen to the shouts in Mor Dhona. It's rare for them to go anywhere.
