r300 best Chocobo builds

The earliest I ever got a rank 3 ability was at 140 rating, but it's rare. It becomes more and more common up until 240 rating where you stop getting rank 2 abilities.

and if you use lethe waters right before your choco ranks up you get a new learned ability based on your choco's rating when it ranks up.
i started getting top tier around rank 26 on my 20* pedigree choco, so the rating was around 175-180.

okay so breeding for specific abilities is basically pointless till you get a high level bird, good to know
