I don't really understand it but this roulette would choose choose a dungeon randomly and also choose a job for you randomly?

I agree that it's a very interesting concept. But how do you make that job change?

They have to implement some sort of automatic job changer? What if you're in the middle of nowhere and thus changing jobs will leave you that 60 secs cooldown?

Other than that, i can't see any problems with it.
