Curious Idea: Random Job Roulette

All I needed was the thread title and I'm instantly in love. What say we could input between 3 and 10 of our gear setups (no two belonging to the same job so players can't cheat the selection) and then it starts finding 4 or 8 other members without telling you what you are until after clicking commence. Checking the queue window will only show the "any role" symbol instead of how many of each role has banded together so far. The only thing you'll be able to indicate prior to entering the instance is whether it's a 4 or 8-man and how far the queue has progressed towards being full.

That sounds awesome!, i really hope they find a way to implement this it would certainly make replaying old content fun.
