No matter where you are....everyone is always connected
People should be used to this. I realize we shouldn't have to be, but this is how SE is. They have becoming increasingly sloppy with the smaller details in FFXIV. I have a feeling all their $ is being put towards Final Fantasy XV to be honest.
No, pretty sure the modeling was done for the Hyur Midlander Male, which is the default character for the benchmark. As said before, the modeling was done for an Au Ra male and they're not resizing the dragon for other races. As far as your spear.. spearing you, it's probably due to how everything's scripted and they didn't take into account each model. One foot for a hyur is different for a lala, but they're probably taking the same steps for choreography. I wouldn't worry about it though.
The reason everything clips, animation-wise, is because they pretty much use the same animations for all races, they just seem to make the skeleton slightly smaller for lalas and this causes problems.
who even let that saddle design happen, you need thunderthighs just to grip the dragons sides and hold on!
Lala's don't believe in the limitations of gravity. Soon the lesser races of Eorzea will learn our ways and reach their full potential

♥ MORE HIGH HEELS + INSTANCED HOUSING! ♥!
plus people do not forget when 2.0was launched it had a lot of clipping and a lot of small details were missing that came in with the 2.x2 and 2.x8 patches :3 they tend to go content -> Fixes and QoL -> Content -> QoL
:3 just any clipping or hovering issues i think will be solved by 3.02 or 3.08 :3
Edit: and excample is Goblet came out in 2.2 the textures were all wrong and clipping and that was fixed in 2.28,
and some QoL such as rain and wet textures came out with 2.12
seeing nchocobo's foot prints and seeing your breath in corteges was in 2.22 :3
