
Cant find the thread, but Yoshi addressed this on Ps4 game launch. PS4 is a completely different platform, apples to oranges kind of thing. But if we attempt to compare, it is spec'd to operate Heavensward/ARR as a high end PC would with Dx11.Whatever the 'medium' options are for most of the settings, is my guess. With lower environmental graphic settings (things like grass, stone, water). And it's not using DX, if I'm not mistaken. I keep finding that it's a "Microsoft" (read: PC) thing. The PS4 uses something different- A modified version of OpenGL, from what I'm finding. People say that it supports and is capable of DX11 things.
