The problem is the integrated GPU, they aren't designed for high end gaming because all the resources are shared with the rest of the system. CPU manufacturers started reserving CPU and memory resources for graphics simply so laptop manufacturers could make them without a dedicated card, to save power, cost and weight. They were never designed to run games, but as they got more powerful they were able to run some lower end games well.

The increased cost of the SP3 is due to the fact they have to fit so many powerful components in such a small area and is really only useful if you have to carry it around all the time, for less than the SP3 (i5 model) I have a 17" laptop with a 4th gen i7 cpu and an Nvidia Geforce GTX 765M I just can't weigh the cost of the SP3, you pay more can do less and get much less.
