Looking for a Static!!

Hi, as company we've decided to go for end game content, but we are a small group with on 5 members at the moment. I'm not asking you to join the guild (although you are certainly welcome to) but we do need 3 more members for our static. Here is what we got so far: Tank: Warrior Healer: White mage DPS: Dragoon Monk Ninja
So as you can see we need 1 of each we would prefer that we have a paladin over warrior but we aren't picky about it. However we would like to have a scholar over another white mage so please keep that in mind. We are a fun group we aren't going to hate you for failing for a while just as long as you are willing to improve! Some of are members are still new too so no need to worry about how long you've played. Finally I'd like to add that you should have raid call so we can communicate it'll be important for the end game content!
