DPS Conundrum

I'm debating about creating a new character and going for a bard maybe...

Though of course you could if you want, you don't need to create a new character in order to change jobs. You can just go ahead and level Archer/Bard (or whatever else you pick) on your current Ninja character. Both NIN and BRD use cross-class skills from PUG and LNC, though, so you'll still need those as well regardless. So you'd basically have a character who's pursuing all the DoW DPS classes. (Throw in just the first 15 levels worth of MRD as well, and you'd be able to also unlock MNK and DRG to make that all the DoW DPS jobs.)
