PS4 Digital Heavensward Collector's Edition

Okay, seriously, what's the deal with this? It says on the pre-order page for Heavensward on the Lodestone under "Pricing" that a Digital Heavensward CE for PS4 would be $59.99, just under half price of the physical, and that's what I really want. But how do I get it? I can't find a single link to pre-order it. Anyone figured it out or know when they'll be giving that option?

As of right now, it is not loaded into PSN for us to purchase. Once PSN has it, we should be able to buy it.

Well it would be nice of SE to get a bloody move on and have this listed so we can buy it. take my money already SE, I want this, as do my wife and son.

The damned pre-order has been up for a month or more by now hasn't it? So where the hell is the digital edition for Playstation?

And before anyone says anything about certification of the application, Sony allows digital pre-orders on PSN for games that are not yet complete all the time now, it's one of their better improvements. They have a whole category for Day 1 Digital with pre-load of the download etc... There's no reason at all that the digital CE for Playstation customers should not be listed yet.
