Please make the Au Ra horns separate from the faces!

I definitely support this; I quite like female au ra face number 3, but I just can't live with crabclaws coming out of her head. Would be lovely to have more options!

I hope the devs do come and say something about this at the very least. Here we are 19 pages in, with other posts concerning this topic and we've been granted nothing but radio silence.

I believe that SE has seen this thread already but not had any reason to respond. We know that they have shown themselves for the Yoshi-P birthday thread, so they must've seen this one in the list.
Maybe the silence is because this feature already will be there in the full release of the expansion (since they said that all features are not unlocked in the benchmark).
Or it could be because they are talking about it and don't have an answer to go public with.
And then ofcourse the last option, it will be just how it is in the Benchmark.

I support this thread and the costumisation it would bring, but I also know that everything's not perfect.

I wouldn't worry about upsetting people. :P I would love the choice, but I know that it's just the nature and reality of the situation. We can only hope for a favourable response at best and any response/acknowledgement at the least. When it comes to answering questions, community managers and developers always have to choose and word things wisely, so it's understandable.

Now that I've been able to access the benchmark and make an Au Ra, I cen see I was actually very lucky. The face and horns I wanted matched up perfectly.

In saying that though, it would be disappointing seeing everyone that has the same horns as me also has the same face.

Also, Elezen and lallafel can choose their ear shape and size independently of their face. Au Ra horns are practically their ears so... Having the faces and horns seperate just makes sense!

Not sure if I ever did reply to this thread or not. But I would be overjoyed would this happen. My favorite face is 3 as well but I can't deal with the horns. From what we can see the horns are outside helms. Not sure about hoods since in Yugiri's case you can clearly see her horns inside the hood. Is that seriously how all the hoods will be?

That's a lot of extra meshes per race.... So I don't care if the horns simply 'disapear' and we just get regular hoods if it means we can pick our horns.

Does SE even replay to threads? Most game companies kinda do what they want regardless of the opinion of the player base. I mean, everyone hate's fates right, but SE kept using them through out the whole quest line of the relic weapon quest.
