Free for all PvP areas

We're sick of waiting for queue and barely getting the chance to PvP in game.
Why can't we just have an arena or a field that can be accessed any time without waiting in que.

An arena that has no rules and has no rewards and free PvP is enabled (just for fun). It can be placed outside Mor Dhona or somewhere populated, and once you step into the ring you can attack and be attacked.

Or

A FC PvP field, you can just talk to NPC to access a field where it also has powerful mobs we can attack or farm for specific items (don't have to be major items but can be unique and rare to drop), and Free Companies will have to battle each other in order to take the spot and farm (kill steals would be allowed), like many other games do as we have so much players interested in much bigger and active PvP.

Maybe I've gone too far with the second option, but I did experience such PvP in other games and it really was the best part.

I think they could probably implement an arena for PvP for MGP/Wolf Marks in the Gold Saucer at some point.

That would be fun... maybe it could be like a big sumo ring that people can step into, and others can spectate if they want... and PVP skills could be available like at Wolf's Den Pier area. But like you said make it somewhere people are anyway, like Gold Saucer or Mor Dhona... it would beat AFK'ing waiting on Dutyfinder.

And besides, taking on opponents one-on-one in Frontlines often runs counter to team objectives- it's fun to do in the right time and place, but chasing after stray players can cost the team the match if that means you're not there to capture/hold an objective, take down drones, etc, so having a place where players could do this would be fun.

They'd have to work out ways to keep people from ruining it... like if a group of 8 friends decided to just stand there and focus fire individual people as they came in. Even if there are no rewards for it... birds gotta fly, fish gotta swim, trolls gotta troll. Edit- then again, you'd just need to recruit a few people and take them out. A group trying to 'troll' a PVP sumo ring area by focusing individuals would make an attractive target themselves and a good reason to get an impromptu group (regardless of GC affiliation lol) to take them out. So maybe not a problem.

I've felt that a Gold Saucer takeover/integration of the Wolves Den would be swell for a re-invent/refresh of pvp.

In-game viewable leaderboards, mount/minion/armor rewards only achievable if ranking in the top 5 weekly, a 'wanted/notorious' poster for players that are on long winning streaks, a Frontman NPC for the PvP material. A character a la Dio from FF7's Gold Saucer.

Just glamourize PvP like RL sporting events (Like Dio and the Battle Arena did in FF7), the current lore or w/e you call it for PVP with Grand Companies training adventurers is so meh.

It's like SE doesn't understand the appeal of PvP games.

I think a free-roaming pvp zone that IS tied to grand company allegiance would be a nice element. Anyone who's played Pirates of the Burning Sea, Eve Online, or other sandboxes could tell ya how anxious travelling through gankable zones can be. And it pretty much demands and provides the incentive for players to group-up and travel together

Have a training battle arena,where people can click on the user and select duel 1v1 or party fight against each other. They really need to put that into the game Would love to have that

Yes! KoS was the best, and specially when clans ally against clans.

This would be fantastic! I would also love to see them add in a duel option. Dueling would allow people to improve their skills versus being thrown into the melting pot of a slaughter match and getting blown up.
