Heavensward Benchmark Not Detecting all VRAM

I have an EVGA GTX960 FTW ACX 2.0 4GB GPU.

When running the benchmark it only displays that I have 3GB of VRAM.

Not sure if this is visual bug/actual bug/problem with the card/etc...

If you need any specific info or anything from me, let me know. I will check back regularly and reply asap.

    Thanks.

I'm going to say because FFXIV is a 32-bit program, the DirectX API might not be exposing 4GB of video memory.

Go look at the two threads posting benchmarks and there isn't a single person with a result showing more than 3GB.

The guy with the dual R9 8GB cards also shows only 3GB. The 3GB cards show up as 3051-3052MB, 2997MB, or 2992MB while the 4GB cards show up as 3072. 2GB cards show up as 1991-1992MB or 1956-1960MB.

Even though I was using DirectX 11 on the benchmark? That's unfortunate.

Same issue here with Memory detection with 2x R9290X cards.

A noob question, does the 32bit 3gb limit apply to detection only? Or does having over 3gb Ram on a card running this program become a wasted resource?

This was actually a pretty good read.
