Uh and to think I actually thought it might be up today. Mind you seeing what's happened with the American ones not working for PS3-PS4 upgraders, I'm really not surprised. I'll give it until next week then I guess I'll have to look elsewhere and give up on the collectors edition.

That being said not really any reason they couldn't have added the PS3 pre-order today, so a bit concerned they never intended to add it today to begin with. Meaning they may actually be oblivious to the problems with the American orders as they are separate.

I was part of the PS3 > PS4 free upgrade campaign. I was unable to order the Digital Collector's Edition for Heavensward when it first appeared on the PSN due to the "glitch". As this problem has now been fixed for my region (I live in Canada) I was able to purchase it this morning, and see the countdown timer start. (How exciting!) What I was NOT impressed with was the $10.00 price increase. Everywhere on the SE website the PS4 digitial Collectors Edition is listed at $59.00. That was the price when it was first put on the store. Now that the problem has been remedied, the "new" price is $69.00. Interesting.

i think ill buy the physical Standard game from a retailer who preorder alot and sell separately, and later upgrade to CE online.

I bought both the PS3 and PS4 versions of ARR rather than using the free upgrade program. It at least appears that I could buy either edition of Heavensward for either platform through PSN. At least the PlayStation Store is offering them all to me. I haven't verified if it works or not because I'd rather pre-order the physical copy. I'm in the US.

(Though now that I see PSN has a PS4 theme as an exclusive pre-order bonus I'm sort of wavering on that. I wish the theme were available separately and didn't require ordering the expansion through PSN. Currently, FFX is the only Final Fantasy game with a PS4 theme available.)

I wasn't even aware that PSN had started offering themes on PS4 yet...guess I play FFXIV too much lol. But that theme is amazing. Just sayin..

Yes they have a lot atm but I only know the COD, Destiny, witcher themes have songs. Not sure about the paid ones tho

All information on this has been given out, JP, NA have the digital versions on the store now and if you are in EU they said wouldn't be on PSN till the 19th.
