PS4 digital pre orders!! can we have it!

I remember it being much earlier than what we are experiencing at the moment, but like the dev said im sure its nothing to be too concerned about, might be a publishing issue with Sony, they may have other titles ahead of FF that have to be advertised a bit longer before Heavens ward comes and shoots them all out of the water per-say that and also this is a lot of content coming out at once, where the ps4 edition of ARR was just a reformatted edition of the existing game. many variables but we should be fine.

Well, in theory it will start on the 19th, but only for those who get codes for it, and SE isn't providing pre-order codes to retailers by then. (Amazon had earlier been saying that they'd be sending pre-order codes on the 19th and that they'd be good for both early access and DLC. Now they're saying they'll send pre-order codes by launch and they're just good for the DLC items.) Apparently, early access has effectively been canceled for anyone buying through third party retailers.

I wouldn't really rely on the trust some people seem to have that of course SE will get it to PSN in time, given that they appear to have simply given up on getting it to Amazon in time. (Either that or Amazon has given up on SE getting it to them. It's not entirely clear who instigated the change in Amazon's description of the product.)

At this time, I was not able to start the game and had to wait more than a week before starting the game (all my friends were already around lvl 40, that was sooooo fun...)

So I hope this would not happen again...
So please, SE, make sure to release your game (its pre-order) in time, and make sure it works.

the fact that the game is available to download on Japanese psn tells that the negotiations with SCEJ have finished. that there are three major regions that are different branches (SCEA, SCEE, and SCEJ) means that any company would have to work deals with all of them. also, multiple times, i have gone on psn into the ARR page and had it show that there are two add ons, only for it to quickly jump down to 0. this tells me that most likely the expansion is already loaded, but not able to be purchased. this kinda screams that someone is holding it back.

counting down 19-days before the Early Access, people are freaking out right now. This is amplified as there is no proper communication towards the community from SE. I hope SE can tell us what is happening with this rather than staying quiet like this.
