If pre-orders were working anywhere, you could try pre-ordering the standard edition, and then in a couple months (after they've gotten the kinks worked out of the system) get the digital upgrade to collector's edition. Unfortunately, I'm not sure of any stores whose pre-order processing is working. (Amazon, where I ordered from, isn't even planning on sending out our pre-order codes until it's too late for them.)

Funny you should mention this... I just checked on my Amazon order and canceled it because it has not officially shipped.

Stupid question since I'm a little late to this party... but when the bonus code is finally released, where do we enter it to insure early access? I assume PSN?
