Please stop spreading false information. That isn't what that means at all. Several people who originally bought the PS4 version of ARR (and did not use the free upgrade campaign from PS3) have already successfully purchased this game and received and posted screenshots of the PS4 theme you get upon purchase right in these very forums.

There is a problem with free campaign upgraders in purchasing Heavensward because we are being told that we don't have the license for ARR.

The Thursday 18th date is likely when we will be able to download the new client.

I wasn't signed into the store at all on my pc and it still says it's not available for purchase. So it didn't know what platform I was using. This being said I think that they made it unavailable to everyone now since there is an issue.

Or maybe it's because I'm in Canada. I have no clue at this point. They are ruining my game experience with all these unknowns. I'm starting to not even care about upgrading now.

when theres games available for preorder not released until 2016 its more like SE's fault for the delay not sony's they pay fees to put games in psn so yeah...

What goes up for preorder on psn is generally based on whether or not sony (not SE) is handing out a bonus for preordering the game, and/or if the size of the market for the game itself. Yes, you'll see preorder options for big, in demand, high anticipation titles available for 2016, but not so much niche titles.
