The call center doesn't get any information about things like this. They're only supplied with basic information to trouble shoot, IE. Account disputes, reports, etc. etc.

I do feel bad for them since I see most people basically yelling at them for not knowing anything about PSN.

Well I actually meant the customer service being pretty much useless in general, not just SE, I've experienced lots of bad customer services. But sure you can't blame the people at SE customer service for not knowing when the digital version is coming out because that information not made available to them.

Just read it. "Bonus code" includes early access. Soooooooo.... I'm perfectly aware I've walked into a hornet's nest here, but where is this hardline June 2nd date coming from? I can't find it any where.

You answered my question Niwashi. It's entered into PSN, but the code is still pending being generated. Ok.. Add one more hornet to the nest if that June 2nd cutoff date for early access is true.

Is the 14th cutoff date just for early access or can the pre-order codes not be registered after that? I'm going to be busy that weekend anyway and not available to game, so early access wouldn't help me, but I do want those pre-order items. Can we still get the circlet and earrings if we get our pre-order codes late?

id be contacting support with those questions since seems unfair if u dont get the preorder goodies due to there being a "cutoff date" would be better if a mod could confirm if true or not cause theres alot of people in same boat as you
