PS4 digital pre orders!! can we have it!

This is getting a bit ridiculous now, why is this not available? why aren't SE telling us what the hold up really is?

A lot of people waited for the PS4 digital Collector's Edition, so if it doesn't end up available soon and we're not able to get early access, a lot of people are going to jump ship. To tell people it's coming and they'll be able to get early access, then it doesn't, would be a huge mistake on SE's end. This is ridiculously late and no word from SE about what's going on.

Not that the call centers, even more so Square Enix ones, are known for having people that know the information that does matter...

I would be completely surprised if the said call center gave them a release date for PSN digital version...


That said, this whole situation is absurdly ridiculous... People want to pay EXTRA MONEY for a product SquareEnix wants to sell (i assume) that has no extra cost for square enix (the minions/mounts/glamour helmets are already developed and will be available regardless of PSN store)

However we can't pay USD20 more for these items that have no cost at all for SquareEnix because SquareEnix pretends it's sony's fault (But we do see games that won't be released for the next 3 MONTHS that can be pre-ordered with early access on the very same PSN...)
and then of course any SE representative just vanishes and does not comment on the matter...

On top of that we see that one part of psn has all 3 And when i see this it makes me more upset. Hey SE why dose japan have the bundle CE and Norm ver?but we have nothing at all oh i guess psn EU/NA and steam are all to blame? yeaaaaaaaa

Yeah i read that Denver, they were useless but can't blame them since most peeps at customer service rarely know a lot.

The call center doesn't get any information about things like this. They're only supplied with basic information to trouble shoot, IE. Account disputes, reports, etc. etc.

I do feel bad for them since I see most people basically yelling at them for not knowing anything about PSN.
