If pre-orders were working anywhere, you could try pre-ordering the standard edition, and then in a couple months (after they've gotten the kinks worked out of the system) get the digital upgrade to collector's edition. Unfortunately, I'm not sure of any stores whose pre-order processing is working. (Amazon, where I ordered from, isn't even planning on sending out our pre-order codes until it's too late for them.)

If it helps make an estimate time table, and if any1 hasn't mention the Pre-Ordering in Japans PSN store had FF's expansion put on it on 5/22 so last Friday.

O some1 did mention it oopsy lol
