Wired xbox game pad Problem in full screen mode

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. When using my pad it works fine in windowed mode but when i put it in full screen the game just closes when it tries to load up. Anyone else had this? Really weird

That IS weird. Perchance it's not a MadCatz gamepad is it? I've had no luck with that on FFXIV, BUT that's just me. Using standard wireless Microsoft game pad now.

Try booting up the game without the game pad plugged in to see if full screen works at all.

"Enable gamepad when application is in background" is also worth a try. It's in the gamepad config.

Cheers i'll give these ago tonight and see what happens. Just been playing in window mode for it to work. Nice to be able to sit back and play without having your hands on the keyboard and mouse all the time.
