New gaming PC: Optimal settings?

Bought a new PC and just wonder if this PC can run game on high settings or not. Main harddrive is SSDs.

You should be able to max your settings (though keep general draw quality on 8 as going above does not improve the graphics whatsoever. Can probably even have ambient occlusion on as well as depth of field

Nah, AO is completely bugged (it slows down the game by 25-50% even on highend systems) and the implementation isn't nearly as impressive as in other games. It's not worth the lower framerate.

You may want to ship that rig my way so I can test if it runs the game properly. If it doesn't, I'm sure it's fine if I just keep it, right? >_>

I don't see where it says video card model. Without knowing that it's really impossible to tell. I have an intel i7 950 with 6gb of ram, and I can't run on max. It's an ati card at the very least, but no clue as to the model.
