Looking for new players to join our fc for raiding in Heavensward (Lich)

We're a fairly small FC (max rank w/housing and airship) recruiting people for Alexander Savage raid team (socials also welcome).
We are currently looking for a warrior or paladin, and a healer (any class, we're flexible) for Alexander savage. Other classes may be considered.
We have 2-3 raid days a week, Tuesday and Friday 7pm-10pm server time is set, and we'll put up an extra optional day on calendar as we see fit, if absolutely everyone is up for it.
No coil progression necessary, but please have raiding experience, please know your class and rotations well, be a fast learner when it comes to mechanics, and be willing to improve if the raid leader has some constructive criticism. With 2 days a week we consider ourselves casual, but we'd like to have full focus during those 6 set hours a week.
We have ts3, and as tank/heal you need to be able to communicate via microphone.

Outside of raiding, we're out to make friends We're a nice mix of people from all over Europe, and a few of us have raided together semihardcore/hardcore in other games.

Hi,
we don't have any class preference at this moment, because expansion will bring new skills for all classes and 3 completely new classes, which we will definitely try. What class we play in the expansion will be decided in the expansion. Most of us are capable of playing multiple classes on a decent level, there is only one guy who has monk and nothing else. We have two tanks one warrior and one paladin, 4 people capable of healing (2 of them can play both healing classes), most of us have all caster classes at level 50 and we usually have one melee dps class at 50 so we have more ranged dps than melee dps in general.
Regarding coils - If you haven't done coils so far we could do T5 with you so that you can do T9+ with us. But we do it only for fun so don't expect any hardcore raiding.

Yep. Been online most days for 10 hours since HW launch :O but yesterday and the day before I was out doing rl stuff, and Seath was sick. Will be online all afternoon and evening today, so feel free to chat ^_^

Are you still looking for a healer? If so I'm a WHM currently Ilvl 165 I'm based on the Phoenix Eu server at the present but don't mind transferring

I joined rather late towards the end of the old tier raiding so couldn't really get a chance to experience any of it sadly. I'm currently working on gearing up for Alexander as i would like to experience it.

I have a lot of experience in healing and raiding of whole I've played a priest in World of Warcraft since its eu launch and have lead my own team in it for the past three years and have only recently stepped aside as leader of it due to no longer having the urge to play the game that i once had. I don't really like drama and i'm not over big on people whinging at others for simple mistakes while raiding. Would rather just get on with it and learn from it, Anyhow sorry for rambling on i look forward to hearing from you.
