So? That's not unique to Miqo'te. The game only has but so many options to choose from. XIV's character creator isn't exactly the most robust one on the market.

Overlap has been, is, and always will be common. For all the races.

I was originally going to go with a skin tone as near as my current, but I thought it's time to change it up. I'm still not 100% on colours or hairstyle (need to see MGS haircut on her), but this is the look Tsubasa will be going into Heavensward with.

Why do you care how other characters are going to look like? As long as you like your char it shouldn't matter how many other characters may look similar to yours.
