Height does not relate with "manhood's" size at all. Like in real life it works just fine. If you want to wonder about something and how it can work on Au Ra then imagine how they handle clothing with the horns, kissing with horns, sleeping with horns and do everyday tasks with those horns. The height of them is not even unreal in real world standards. 2.10 meters is very tall in real life but not unreal nor impossible.
