Not sure which site you're using, but if you're using imgur, you'll want to paste the circled link in the picture below. This will insert the image automatically into your comment without needing to click anything else.

Basically what Skivvy said works on Photobucket as well. Practically the exact same. You click on the link, it flashes with "Copied", then you paste that text here and it will show the picture when you hit Post Quick Reply.
