Originally she strive to become a Warrior, but decided to work towards the path of the Dragoon when she discovered what irony was. Of course, it helps that she knows how to handle a large stick. *gets pelted by fruit*

It's either the Spring Skirt or Plain Skirt paired with one of the various vests in this game (Vintage Doublet Vest, etc). Most likely dyed pure white, if I had to guess the dye too.
