Dijana: I personally like the third facepaint! or, if you wanna be different, then the first one, definately used by less people I think!

The third one is what I chose originally. The first is what he chose as his alternative facepaint. Second is no facepaint but thats boring to me

Having a hard time choosing which face I want to go with. I was pretty set on face 2 for a while as I thought face 1 was too deadpan, but after messing around with some options I'm torn . She's pretty plain, but I wanted to keep the same color scheme I always use for my characters ^^. Wish I could use the second horns on face 1, they're my favorite horn option.

I have made yet 2 more that I like but can't decide between. I like them both for different reasons. Anyhow, I would like to know what you guys think, maybe it will help me decide. ^^

For weeks upon weeks I wondered how people could have so much trouble figuring out their Au Ran design, because I had mine right from the very first try-out session (although it was a very long one xD) and it didn't change at all since then.
Now 2 days away, I suddenly start freaking out about her looks x.X

I feel like she looks too generic and everyone will look the same, but going through nearly every page in this thread, I didn't find the same design/color scheme at all ._.
So what do you guys think?

I also made another design. Both are (finally) less ferocious and tomboyish than my Miqo'te's design I had to live with longer than I wanted, but the second Au Ra design is a bit too soft and cutesy, isn't it? :/

(sorry about the bad quality, had to use an external camera because I'm still trying to get my screenshots to work again)

To me it seems like the first design, while friendly, has a certain air of pride around her, at least in comparison. Which is better in your opinion? I really don't know what to go with anymore :x

Wow , one is the opposite of the other XD what to choose...The mysterious queen of the night, or the princess of bright skies? :O I can understand why it's so hard for you to decide. I like them both, but... I think I prefer the second one. But that's just me, because I like the softer , friendly look in general. At first glance she may seem more common looking, but she is not. She has something special about her, and would make for a perfect healer!

Yeah, they both look good, but I would prefer the first one.

I still don't know if to still stay with this or go with the first face in the creation, mostly this or the first face.

Don't get me started on classes though, the decision if I want to focus on BLM/BRD or WHM/ASTRO is nearly as hard as with which look I'll go xD
Maybe if I decide on one of both, the other will naturally fall in. Like, if I choose the Raen, I'll go for healer and if I stick to Xaela I'll stay main dps o,o

Urgh, the forum ate my answer ;_;

Again: I like the first one better, mainly because the hair looks pretty aerodynamic so horns to the back seem to fit better (less air resistance? xD).
Also, although that is just a weird personal view, the darker shade around the eyes in the first design makes him look more dangerous, while the markings on the second remind me a tiny little bit of a female's eyeliner :x
There is nothing wrong with guys wearing that! xD It's just personal preference
