I like your second and third option the most, I'm thorn because I have a preference with paler skin characters and I love the look of it, but your second looks really angelical, the horns/scales really blend in well with the skin/eye colors you selected, which is my peeve with Raen and their scales looking odd with most of the skin colors, I would probably go with the second in the end though, I really like it.
