    Cafe Eorzea dessert idea: Flan Brulee!

    My wife loves Creme Brulee when we go out to restaurants, and it occurred to me that the dessert is made of similar components as flan.

    Why not use a gelatin mold shaped like a FF themed 'flan', plate it, and scorch it to make a Flan Brulee?
